DeVed Labs was founded with a simple conviction: voice is the most natural interface for learning, and the youngest learners deserve the safest AI.
We're an applied research company, not a toy company, not a typical startup. We research and build production-grade voice pipelines, and prove our work by shipping real products to real users. Memo Kids is where our research meets the real world.
Research Areas
Voice Pipeline Architecture
End-to-end research on low-latency STT, safety, LLM, and TTS systems. We study how to minimize time-to-first-audio while maintaining safety guarantees at every step.
Child Safety Systems
Multi-layer content filtering for the most vulnerable users. On-device checks, server-side LLM guardrails, and pre-recorded fallback audio that is invisible to the child.
Ambient Voice Computing
Expanding voice AI into vehicles, wearables, and shared spaces. CarPlay and Android Auto are our next platform surfaces, with voice as the ambient interface layer for learning anywhere.
